DTF Instructions

Pressing conditions may vary depending on your equipment and environmental factors like room temperature, humidity, and altitude. You'll know you're on track when the garment’s fabric pattern is visible through the transfer. For optimal results with our new, softer film, follow these settings:

  • Apply high pressure (9).
  • For 100% Cotton: Start at 305–310°F for 10 seconds, adjusting as needed.
  • For Polyester Blend: Set the press to 290–300°F for 10 seconds. We recommend a cool to cold peel for polyester, especially on items like totes.
  • After pressing, wait 3–5 seconds before peeling the film slowly and evenly from one corner. Peel hot or cold — our film is hybrid.
  • To ensure a lasting result, cover the design with Teflon or parchment paper and press again for 5–10 seconds.

Care Instructions – DTF
